Gladys Gibson

FRANKLIN - Gladys Menalee Gibson, 93, passed away at her residence on Sept. 30, 2022. Gladys was the daughter of the late Fred Crisp Sr. and Hessie Grant Crisp. She loved crocheting, gardening and taking care of her great grandkids. She worked at the hospital many years in housekeeping.

Beverly Carini

FRANKLIN - Beverly Sherie Collins Carini was born on April 1, 1947, to Fred Owen and Gladys Evelyn Hardy Collins. She went on to Glory on Oct. 1, 2022. Beverly had a servant’s heart through her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Timothy Brown

FRANKLIN - Timothy Joseph Brown, 71, went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2022. He was born April 18, 1951, to Irene and John Brown in Pasadena, California. He is preceded in death by his brothers, David and John.

Susan Bishop

FRANKLIN - Susan A. Bishop, 65, died Oct. 4, 2022, at Memorial Mission Hospital in Asheville. Susan was born June 14, 1957, in Media, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late William and Ruth Carrigan Bishop. She attended Wake Forest University, where she earned a master’s degree in psychology.

Janet Anderson

FRANKLIN - Janet Ann Anderson, 64, passed away Oct. 8, 2022.  She was born Oct. 13, 1957, in Franklin to the late Turner Cleveland Anderson and Annie Lou Waldroop Anderson. Janet was a CPA and worked for the Town of Franklin as town accountant and clerk for 35 years.

Richard Allen

FRANKLIN - Richard Edward Allen, 70, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2022. Macon Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Susan Sanders

Susan “Sú” Dean Tate Sanders, 63, a beloved wife, daughter and sister passed away Sept. 21, 2022.  A celebration of life was held Saturday, Oct. 1, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bryant Grant funeral home. Sú was born Aug. 30, 1959, in Miami, Florida. She is preceded in death by her father James C.

Ann Sanders

FRANKLIN - Ann C. Sanders, 69, passed away Sept. 20, 2022. Ann was born in Marshall, to the late Merritt and Edna Fender Crain. She was an engineering technician in the automotive industry. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

FRANKLIN - Patricia Jane “Pat” Childers Reid Safko, 91, passed from this life Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2022. Bryant Grant Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Safko family.
