FRANKLIN - Phyllis Ann Hudson Warden, 87, passed away the evening of Thursday Nov. 26, 2020 in a local hospital. Phyllis was born Feb. 19, 1933 in Alamo, Indiana to the late J. Roscoe and Iva Doris (McSpadden) Hudson.

FRANKLIN - Jane Crawford Riddle, 87, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 2020. A native of Macon County, Jane was the daughter of the late Laddie H. Crawford and the late Dorothy Snyder Crawford Waldroop. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her husband, Max L. Riddle Sr.

FRANKLIN - Margaret Dills Parrish, 71, passed away Thursday, Nov. 26, 2020. A native of Macon County, Margaret was the daughter of the late Challie and Iva Jean Crisp Dills.

FRANKLIN – Pauline (Polly) Keener Kirkland, 88, passed away Sunday Nov. 29, 2020. Born in Cullasaja, North Carolina, just outside of Franklin, Polly was the sixth of eight children of the late John H. Keener Sr. and Dana Keener of Brevard.

Nancy L. Hicks

FRANKLIN - Born May 31, 1945 in St. Louis Missouri, Nancy grew and completed her collegiate career with a Master of Education, and then completed her Registered Nursing Degree 10 years later.  Nancy became an ordained minister in 1997. She moved to Macon County in 1998.

FRANKLIN - Walter E. Furr Jr. MD, 98, passed away on Nov. 20, 2020. He was born in Macon County on April 11, 1922. Visitation was on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020 at Van Orsdel Kendall Chapel in Florida, followed by a celebration of life service. Dr.

FRANKLIN - Francye Eich Farley, 77, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2020 after a brief illness due to an autoimmune disease.  Francye was born May 28, 1943 to the late Henry Eich and Lorah Smith Eich.
