FRANKLIN - Francye Eich Farley, 77, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2020 after a brief illness due to an autoimmune disease. 

Francye was born May 28, 1943 to the late Henry Eich and Lorah Smith Eich. She worked and retired as a special education teacher and later as a teacher of needle arts, traveling around the country and into Canada teaching classes. She enjoyed knitting with her friends at Silver Threads and Golden Needles. She loved to knit and watch TV at the same time. She loved cats, gardening, and basket weaving.

Francye was a member of First United Methodist Church of Franklin, where she was member of the choir and bell choir. 

Francye is survived by her husband of 49 years, Paul Farley of Franklin; a son, Evan Farley of Lakeland, Florida; and a daughter, Lorah Elizabeth Hauf, married to Jason, and their children, Corinne and Ember.

No services are planned until conditions improve for a gathering of friends and family.

Bryant-Grant Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Farley family.
