NANTAHALA - Louise Owenby Day, 88, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022, at her residence. She was a native of Nantahala. Louise had lived in Lake Orion, Michigan, before returning to North Carolina. Most recently, she would be recognized from the Aquone and White Oak recycling centers.
