William “Bill” Maston Letson , 76, of Franklin, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday April 5, 2020.   He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and June Letson. Bill was born in Daytona Beach and raised in West Palm Beach Florida.

FRANKLIN – Betty Robinson Frazier, 94, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2020. She was born in Haywood County, North Carolina and grew up there and in Asheville.  She was preceded in death by her parents, G.G. and Elsie Byers Robinson, and her sisters, Geraldine Peyton and Margaret Reno.
