HIGHANDS – Robert E. Wilson, 91, of Highlands, formerly of Franklin, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020. In 2016, Bob was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Dawn Wilson. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his two brothers.
