Two Panther track and field standouts will compete at the next level. At a joint ceremony May 16 on Tom Raby Court, seniors Renae Younce (center left) and Blake Cassada signed official offer letters with college programs. A veteran shot put standout, Younce will compete for the UNC Asheville Bulldogs next year, while Cassada committed to Western Carolina University after claiming men’s pole vault state titles in both the indoor and outdoor seasons this year.
