FRANKLIN - William R. (Bill) Lapp Jr. passed away Dec. 2, 2022, after a brief illness. He was born March 5, 1943, to parents, William R. Lapp Sr. and Hughmina Mary King Lapp in Hollywood, Florida.

Mack Cabe

FRANKLIN - Mack Eugene Cabe, 85, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 8, 2022, at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in the Ronnie Green Heart Center. Mack was born on Sept. 18, 1937, in Macon County to the late Meldrum “Pud” Dewey and Evie Keener Cabe. He was a graduate of Franklin High School.

Nancy Beach

FRANKLIN - Nancy Alice Scott Beach, 61, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, Dec. 10, 2022. Macon Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

FRANKLIN - Bart Edward Kimmey was born Sept. 14, 1945, and passed from this life on Nov. 26, 2022.

Elizabeth Adams

FRANKLIN - Elizabeth Adams, 91, passed away Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022. Elizabeth was born to the late James and Jacqueline Durham Norwood in Birmingham, Alabama. She was of the Protestant faith and was baptized into the Methodist church.

Raymond Wheeler

Raymond H. Wheeler, 93, devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on Nov. 26, 2022. Ray was born March 31, 1929, to Raymond Sr. and Margaret (Peggy) Wheeler of Cleveland, Ohio. Later, the family moved to Cincinnati where Ray and his three sisters grew up.

Edward Washington

FRANKLIN - Edward Lee Washington, 79, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, Nov. 20, 2022, in Asheville. Ed was born in Carthage, Texas, to the late Eddie C. and Mary Lee Ross Washington. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Doris Strickland.
