FRANKLIN - Donald Frank Carman, 81, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2022. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Ralph and Edith Morris Carman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Chess Carman, and brother, Guy Morris.
