FRANKLIN - Joseph Mark Bradley, 71, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022. Joseph was born in Macon County to the late Claude and Ruby Higdon Bradley. He was an Army veteran and served in Vietnam. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, reading, and rock hounding.

FRANKLIN - Beverly Joan Valentine Allen, 87, died Feb. 9, 2022, at home after a three-year battle with ovarian cancer. She was born on March 16, 1934, to Harry Valentine and Harriet MacQueen Valentine in Hampton, New Jersey.

FRANKLIN – Darell L. Tobias “Toby” passed away at his home on Friday, Feb. 4, 2022. Born and raised in West Carrollton, Ohio, Toby was a graduate of Dayton School of Art and a bass player and soloist. He played in several bands through the years. He was a six-year U.S.
