FRANKLIN - William “Bill” Furman Collins, 74, passed away Saturday, Sept. 12, 2020.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, Sept. 15, in the chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home with the Revs. Phillip Cochran and Davis Hooper officiating. Burial followed in the Shepherd Cemetery. The family received friends Monday, Sept. 14 at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home. Mr. Collins lay in state on Monday and on Tuesday until funeral hour.
