Ruth Lucille Rice

FRANKLIN - Ruth Lucille Rice, 78, passed away Friday, Jan. 24, 2020. A funeral service was held Monday, Jan. 27 at Windy Gap Baptist Church with the Revs. Greg Rogers and Mark Bishop officiating. Burial followed in the Moore-Welch Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday, Jan. 26 at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home.
