FRANKLIN - Perlie Edwin Cabe, 78, passed away Sunday Nov. 7, 2021.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021, at Clarks Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Janet Greene officiating. Burial will follow at the Clarks Chapel UMC cemetery. Family will greet friends after the service.
