FRANKLIN - Peggy Ann Dills, age 76, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away Dec. 17, 2022.
Peggy was born in Franklin and spent most of her life in Marietta, Georgia. She loved cooking, going to the mountains and spending time with her loving family. She retired from Cobb County after driving a school bus for over 37 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Dills; parents, James Andrew Glen DeHart and Betty Lorena Rowland; and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include daughters, Renee (Keith) Golden of Sarasota, Florida, and Tina (John) Breeden of Woodstock, Georgia; sister, Ruby Tallent of Marietta, Georgia; grandsons, James Breeden, Chris Golden and Kevin Golden; two great-granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28, at the West Cobb Funeral Home.
