MOUNTAIN CITY, GEORGIA - Pamela “P.J.” Carpenter, 54, died Monday, Sept. 23, 2019, at her home. The family will have a memorial service on Sunday, Oct. 20, 2019, at 3 p.m. at The Scaly Mountain Church of God.
