Neal Russell Riendeau

FRANKLIN - Neal Russell Riendeau, 71, passed away Sunday, Nov. 24, 2019.

Born in Brockton, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Russell and Martha Riendeau.  

Neal was a retired U.S. Air Force veteran; a member of the American Legion Post 108. where he served as second vice commander; a member of the VFW/American Legion Honor Guard for many years; a member of the committee that was instrumental in the construction of the Veterans Memorial Park; and was chairman of the VFW/American Legion Christmas Cheer program for local veterans. He worked for Lowe’s for many years and was a woodworker, cabinet maker and enjoyed gardening.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Susan Gabris Riendeau; daughter, Erica Dawn Owen and husband Ryan of Riceville, Tennessee; and two grandchildren, Riley Owen and Kaylee Owen.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
