Martha Rheta Kelly

FRANKLIN - Martha Rheta Kelly, 99, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, Jan. 16 at Liberty Baptist Church with the Revs. Davis Hooper and Charles Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family received friends Wednesday, Jan. 15 at Macon Funeral Home.
