FRANKLIN - Linda McVicar Murphy, 74, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 19, 2021.
Linda was born in Linden, New Jersey, to the late William McVicar and Virginia Kopf Reed. Linda was a realtor for 20 years and a Macon County resident for 22 years.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, William Murphy; son, Raymond Murphy of Hope Sound, Florida; siblings, Amy Whitesell and Romayne Wooldridge; grandchild, William Raymond Murphy; numerous nieces and nephews.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
