FRANKLIN – James Andrew Parker, 86, passed away Friday, Sept. 17, 2021. A funeral service was held 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 20, 2021, in the chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Dryman and Rev. Burt Crawford officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Zion Cemetery with the Army National Guard proving military honors. Bryant-Grant Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the Parker family.
