MORGANTON - Grace Yonce Calloway, 93, went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021. She was born Aug. 6, 1928, in Macon County to the late Raymond D. Yonce and Alice Duvall Yonce. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Max H. Calloway; brothers James C. Yonce and Earl M. Yonce.
She is survived by Charles M. Yonce of Franklin, Nancy E. Cox of Athens, Alabama; cousins Brenda Webb and her sons, Jason Webb and his family, Nathan Webb and his family; nephews Bruce Yonce and Byron Yonce of Nashville, Tennessee, and Andrew Yonce.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Morganton. Burial was in the Burke Memorial Park mausoleum in Morganton.
