FRANKLIN – Fred Martin Spier, 91, passed away Feb. 4, 2021. No services are planned, and the family ask in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Macon County Humane Society. Bryant-Grant Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Spier family.
