FRANKLIN - Ethel Louise Crane Penland passed away Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020.

A celebration of life service was held Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2020 in the chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home with the Rev. Kevin Chapman officiating. 

Burial was in the Addington Cemetery. The family received friends prior to the service at the funeral home.
