FRANKLIN – Debra (Debbie) Scott Whiteside, 65, passed away Dec. 17, 2020.
Debbie was a member of Watauga Baptist Church and acted as a caregiver to others in recent years. She enjoyed canning, spending time with her family, and being outside. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly.
She was the daughter of the late Frank and Geraldine Scott, and she was preceded in death by two brothers, Tommy Scott and Jerry Scott.
Debbie is survived by her daughter, Stacey Jenkins, and son Brandon (Kimberly) Clouse, both of Franklin; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Jenkins, Jacob Clouse, Bailey Jenkins, Alivia Clouse; brothers, Ricky Scott of Sylva, Ronnie (Kathy) Scott of Leicester, Tony (Debra) Scott of Sylva; many nieces, newphews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
