MILLSAP, TEXAS – Deborah Anne Hickey, 72, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2021, at her home. Cremation has taken place and all services will be private.
Deborah was born on May 12, 1949, in Franklin, North Carolina, to Patrick and Rose Rogers. She graduated from Western Carolina University. She enjoyed outdoor activities – particularly horses. Deborah was married to Joe Weldon Hickey of Texas for 41 years.
Deborah is survived by her husband, Joe Weldon Hickey and by her mother, Rose Emma Rogers.
