BRYSON CITY - Charles John Jordan, 80, passed away at home after a long illness and has now gone home to be with the Lord.
Charles was a U.S. Navy Veteran, and his greatest loves were bowling and the Smoky Mountain Senior Games. He was loved by all and is already missed by so many.
Charles is survived by two brothers, Kenneth Jordan of Huntington, Massachusetts and David Jordan of Bryson City; a sister, Dianne Ellis of Robbinsville; a niece, Michelle Ellis, of Tampa, Florida; and a nephew, Mark Jordan of Stockbridge, Georgia.
Services will be held at a later date.
