FRANKLIN – Billy Lee Sowards, 82, passed away Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021. A military service was held Oct. 4, 2021, in the chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home. Burial will follow on Oct. 12 at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida. Bryant-Grant Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the Sowards family.
