FRANKLIN – Ami Lynn Hammer, 50, of Franklin, passed away on Monday, Oct. 4, 2021.
The family will receive friends and loved ones from 2 to 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 15, prior to a memorial service at at the Macon Funeral Home Chapel at 3 pm.
