CHARLOTTE - Alice Louise McClaflin Parris, 79, died Dec. 28, 2019 at Brookdale Charlotte - East. She was born on Jan. 31, 1940 in Lorain County, Ohio to the late Horace and Florence McClaflin.
She is survived by her husband Gerald; son, William Maynard; daughters, Deanna Howard (Rick) and Debra Dills; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by one great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Charlotte.
A funeral service was held Monday, Dec. 30 at Lake Norman Church of Christ, with burial following at Northlake Memorial Gardens. Visitation took place prior to the service.
