ATTENDANT
THE FACTORY
Job Summary: Part time opportunities responsible for providing quick and efficient service to customers. Various responsibilities include, greeting customers, assisting customers with attractions, taking food and beverage and money handling. Assembles food and beverage orders and checks them for completeness and accuracy. Collects payments from guests and makes change. Maintains cleanliness .
Must be at least 18 years old
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensures great customer service at all times
Checks supplies in counter area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
Wipes off front counter with cleaning solution and clean cloth. Keeps counter and floor clean at all times.
Greets customers and takes their orders. May give orders to cook or punch keys or register that records the order and computes the amount of the bill.
Picks up food items from serving bar or storage area. Places items on tray or in takeout containers. Checks order to ensure that guest is receiving a complete and correct order.
Informs kitchen staff of shortages or special requests.
Collects payment from guests and makes change.
Education;
Some high school. Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
Other Qualifications and/ or Experience;
Physical requirements - Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length and have the ability to bend and lift up to 10 pounds frequently. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other employees.
Must have a legal right to work in the United States.

GruntWorx, a business unit of Drake Enterprises has multiple forthcoming temporary opportunities within its Software Quality Control (SQC) group in Franklin. Training will begin in January, 2020, with hours increasing to 40+ hours per week in March, ending in mid-April 2020. Day or evening shifts are available. SQC Reps will be responsible for proofing and editing electronic data from client documents in a fast paced environment. Qualified candidates will possess attention to detail, along with excellent keyboarding skills, to be verified through testing. Ability to focus on adjacent computer screen for long periods is required. MS Excel experience would be beneficial. JOB SUMMARY:
Multiple positions available:
Handle inbound or outbound calls in a call center with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and customer retention.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers, evaluates and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice mail, email, fax and live chat requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking and other computer-related technologies associated with the use of Drake Software.
- Interviews end user to collect information about problem and leads user through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error.
- Determines whether problem is caused by hardware, such as modem, printer, cables or telephone.
- Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for most user problems, referring the more complex problems to DM, CRMT or technical staff for further assistance.
- Logs and tracks calls using a Call Log database and maintains history records and related problem documentation.
- Ensure maximum good will from inbound or outbound phone transactions.
- Handle inbound or outbound calls that are primarily routine or basic in nature.
- Follow basic procedures and scripts per management direction.
- Adhere to regular attendance as required for shift.
SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/ or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills required
- Prior experience in telemarketing, retail background or customer relations preferred
- Strong customer service skills required (friendly, courteous and helpful)
- Strong verbal communications skills required (good grammar, voice and diction)
- Reading fluency required
